how to view debug information?

Is there a way to view fatal errors on a page for debugging purposes? I'm getting a blank page with no error messages, so as a result trying to guess what the issue is. For example, when trying to click on a rma order to edit it, main section of that page is blank. no error messages, nothing.

I forgot to upload the returns.php file to my class directory - my bad!

Look at the error logs on your hosting account. If you don't know where they are contact your host for the locations. Typically you can find the error logs somewhere in your account control panel.
