Help with zones/geozones/etc

Hi

I'm completely new to OSCMax. I've done a fresh install and all is well. However, I need to add some country specific information for the UK. Please could someone either explain the database relationships between the various countries/zones/geozones/zones_to_geozones tables and how they relate to tax and currency or point me at the documentation that explains it.

I'm finding it hard to find documentation in general.
