Images not showing and need help adjusting them to 100% in height

For some odd reason the images aren't showing under "New Products For April" and on the product description pages. They are however showing under "What's New" which I thought was kind of odd. How do I fix this problem? Also, how do I set the height of the image to 100%? I changed the height to 100% in the administrator area but it only seems to work with Firefox. When I view the image in Internet Explorer the image doesn't appear at all. I guess it's because it's saying that the image is 100% in pixels which is confusing Internet Explorer.

I guess I figure out the problem with the thumbnial image. You have to manually upload the images to images/thumbs if I'm correct. Is there any way to get the script to do this automatically?

No, no way to do it automatically. You can disable it though, by removing the thumbs/ directory setting from Configuration >> Dynamic mopics

Well, how do you make the image height 100%?

Anybody, somebody? If somebody can help me on this one I would really appreciate it. I've been searching Google but haven't been able to find the answer.
