Google checkout, show wrong shipping methods

Hi, im trying to integrate the google_checkout_oscCMax_1.4.5.CCS along with MultiGeoZone MultiTable Shipping - version 1.2, however I get this error right below the Google Checkout icon

"Error: Shipping Methods not configured
mzmt (ignored)"

the MZMT is the one i have added, it works fine if you go thru normal checkout

after playing around with it, i got it to the point where it doesn't display the error above, however it always display $1.08 shipping cost no matter how I set it and that happends when I use any of the default method in oscmax too, not just in mzmt

my question is where exactly does GC get $1.08 from? all of my shipping cost is $4 and up, another problem is I set the option for international shipping but these are completely left out by GC

how can I get GC to pull shipping costs set within MZMT module?
