Order process problem

Hey need help, on the order process when someone is checking out (this has been a few orders) it is not inputting the shipping address and leaving it blank. When this happens the customer is making it through to checkout without a shippnig address and the system is not charging them shipping and handling fee's, so the subtotal price is ending as the final price and no shipping fees are being charged. Using the "Table Rate Method".

Are they using Purchase Without account - if so change "Purchase without account shippingaddress" this allow customers without account to create separately shipping address - change to NO....

No they are login with an account already setup most are return customers.

Where do I make this modification you refer to with regards to the "Purchase without account shipping address"? I think this would solve my issue.

Admin --> Configuration --> Customers Details --> Purchase without account shipping address.

I have oscmax 2 and I see:

Admin - Configuration - Customer details - Gender, Date of Birth, Company, Suburb, State.

Am I missing something? Thanks for the help.

Not sure when Purchase Without Account was installed but I am 99% sure it was in RC2.

You should have the following:

Are you the administrator of the account?

Yes, I am the admin. The PWA module is installed because clients have the choice when they place an order. So, I'm not sure why I'm not seeing what you are describing.
