Straight to download for FREE Downloads

Hey There,

We are operating an online video store for educational materials. We are offering the option to subscribe to the store which would reduce the price of certain products to $0.00 - aka FREE.

However, at the moment, you still get taken through four screens before the download link...

What I'd like to do is skip straight to eh last screen if Price and Weight == 0?

I can't seem to find a contribution to do this. (Or will one screen ajax checkout?)

Any help would be appreciated.

There is this MOD on the oscommerce contributions site which should Skip checkout_payment.php when goods value is ZERO.

I have not installed this as it not something I need. Looking at the code it looks very simple but will need changing to work with BTS - do not overwrite the file straight into OSCMAX.

The bit you need is in the checkout_payment.php in the zip file around line 75.

Move this into the relevant BTS file and it should work - (something like checkout_payment.tpl.php)

I have enabled Free Shipping, but there is no Free Payment. I am running RC3.

Is this module available elsehwere as a downbload?

The "Free" payment module seems to be unavailable in my RC3 install. Otherwise, yes, "Free" Shipping is enabled.

Is there anywhere I can get the Free Payment module as a standalone download?
