Displaying Vouchers/Coupons

I would like to display a link on my front page so a customer can purchase an gift vouchers. Is there a way to allow them to click on the link and it takes them to a page to purchase the voucher. If so how do I go about doing this and which files do I need to edit.

Great! Now if you care to elaborarate so other can figure out how to do as well....

In the "Catalog" section of the admin, just created like any other product. Chose the gift vouchers image were ever you storage your images and created a link on the catalog menu so customers can go right to the vouchers to purchase and that's it.
