"Seen it for less"

Recently while surfing a store I was viewing the "product detail" page and saw a link in it that said "Tell us if you have seen this for less". When you clicked on the link it opened a new window ( see it here as an example: CSN Stores - Seen it for Less?). A google search shows that this is part of a ASP cart solution ( "seen it for less" - Google Search ) and I was wondering if:

1) anyone has seen a OSC solution for this?
and
2) if not, would such a solution be interesting for OSC store owners?

I have this on my enormous list of desired add-ons. I have actually had a customer request this feature. It's pretty far down on my list of To-Do's, but if anyone runs across it, before I get to it, we are definitely interested!

I think my client saw it in the Ace Hardware web site...
