Easy Populate my Attributes

Hello

I was wandering if it is possible to use easy populate or a program like that to easily upload product attributes. By uploading them i mean creating them. I am creating a website for a scottish company which have tartans and there are thousands of tartans i need to upload is there an easy way which i can use say a text or excel file to upload them. Applying them is not the problem but creating them.

Any ideas?

Yes it can. Make up a few examples manually first. Export it - change/add a few examples to test import. See how it went - make changes as needed. Then when good import the whole lot of them.
