Move Redeem Coupons module

Can anyone tell me how to move the redeem coupons / credits avaialbe module up to display at the top of the page? I see its module but not where its beeing called from. I am using the AABox template.

It can be turned off in the ADMIN section. No need to remove it.

I think you misunderstood my question. I do not want to "remove" the redeem coupons section or turn it off.

I want to MOVE them to the top of the page. Does anyone know where I would do that?

Just edit the template for the checkout_payment.php page. checkout_payment.tpl.php
