Where is the Newsletter box?

I just noticed my new shopping cart does not have a newsletter box and it is not available in Infobox Admin

How do I add the newsletter box?

Also when sending a html newsletter the images are not hotlinking.

I know its in the FCK folder configuration or somehwere similar but what exactly am I looking for to change and where?

lol ignore the part about where the box is. I was thinking of my past carts i have done and added a contrib for that. Duh me

I still need to know where to edit the fck though
