How to make Product Titles text wrap?

I have some long product titles for some of the products in my catalog (4-5 words). They are widening the What's New section of the sidebar and the middle section of the page where multiple products in a category are displayed.

My question is, can I make the text wrap somehow, or do I need to edit the css and/or html in these areas? For the products I notice the class is "productListing-data". Should I use a max-width in the CSS? I suppose I could also limit the number of products listed per line to control this and stop it in the middle of the Category pages. Where is the sidebar width controlled from and where is the "productListing-data" CSS?

What is the best way to go about this?

I think that adding a link or screenshot would help. I do not understand what you are trying to explain, but without even knowing what template you are running, it is hard to help you.
