Easy Populate Download Error

No matter which option I use in easy populate to download my database the url column is always empty, apart from the header. Every other column is fine. I have just updated to the latest code.

Any ideas anyone please

Can you please post the 1st 2 lines of the out put. Did you look at the product and make sure you have something in that field? Did it work prior to updating? Is this a custom website or stock? What PHP are you running?

Hi.

I have 2 sites, 1 slightly customised & 1 stock. I applied the easy populate to both sites and am having the problem with both. Before updating everything worked fine. Running php 5.2.6.

Since posting I have found that the url field populates if I use the froogle option, but not with any other download option. The first 2 lines vary, depending on which download option I use, but basically consist of my column headers and the first product.
