Anyone use Shopping.com ROI code?

I am using shopping.com and would love to use their tracking code to know what kind of results i am actually getting from them.
Anyone know how to fill out these variables correctly?
Does anyone use the ROI tracker for shopping.com, if so does anyone know how to fill this info in correctly?
