Algozone Template

Hi Michael,
How's it going? I was wondering if you could help me out with an issue I am having with a template I purchase (template #OS03C00236) from algozone through this site. I had submitted a support request ticket (Ticket ID: XWO-372870) to them asking for help with my problem and not only did they closed the ticket without a reply but when I re-open the ticket and asked why was it closed without a reply they just deleted the ticket altogether with still no explaination. This is the second time since I purchase my template back around March or April that I have request support from them and they have not responed not even once. To anyone looking to purchase a template from Algozone, I think you should be aware of the kind of support you can expect from their so called support staff, which in my case is no help at all.

The problem that I had requested help on is about the infoboxes header. I follow all the instructions when I installed the template on my local computer and everythingseens to be working ok so far, with the exception of the infobox header image (az_leftbox_heading_mid) it is only showing above the categories and Login Boxes and not on any of the other boxes (Best Seller, Information, etc.) I double check to make sure that they are turn on in my admin and they are. As I can see the boxes in the home page but the header images is missing. what I would like to know is where do I need to go to turn on the header images for or the other boxes so that I can make it look like the live demo?

I would first have you install on your dev site on the server. Can you also add a screen shot of what your problem is. You might only need to edit one field like boxes.tpl.php.

Do you have the boxes set to the right or left?

Here are two snapshots of my home page. If you notice on the categories and login boxes you can see the box header image but it is missing from all the other info boxes (Best Sellers, Information, Live Help, What's New, etc) What I am trying to figure out is how do I turn it on for all the boxes like in the demo on the algozone website?

Sorry but this is my first time uploading snapshot if they need to be larger can you tell me how can I do that?

huh... how about uploading it actual size, and not smaller than the actual size?

Maybe if you tell me how you resized it that small I can tell you how not to do it.

all I did was upload it from my desk top. The actual pictures on my desktop are 1280 x 800 each. I don't know how they got shrunked.

Then you will have to upload them somewhere else, and link them from the forum, maybe the attachments here have a max size. I usually use ImageShack® - Image Hosting

Ok I found out from Algozone that in the majority of the box PHP files, the folowing codes:

new infoBoxHeading($info_box_contents, true, false, false, $column_location);

and

new infoBox($info_box_contents, $column_location);

are missing from the files. These are the codes that call the header image to showup above each box. They told me to make sure that I have $column_location in the function call. However being that I am not a true coder I am not 100% sure What the function call is. I have been trying to find the right locations to enter these codes with very little success. Could someone please help me figure this out? The boxes that I most interested in are the What's New, Specials, Affiliate Program and Information boxes. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
