State Tax by Zip Code

I would like to have the "New York State Tax By Zip Code" integrated into osCMax. I have tried to follow the installation directions but osCMax v2.0 RC3 has all kinds of added modules like Separate Pricing Per Customer, individual shipping, gift coupon, etc. making the installation instructions almost useless for someone who doesn't know php coding.

I have found this to be true for almost all of the 'add-ons' available for osCommerce. Any help clarifying the installation instructions as to where to make the changes to the various comparable osCMax files would be appreciated.

The best way would be get a compare program like beyond compare and if the mod has files you could just upload in an unmodified site then you use the compare tool to compare yours against theirs and see what code you need to move to your file and most of the time you can see where as well. It can be quite helpful.
