Centering the "Catagory heading Title"

I would like to have my "Catagory Heading Titles" center by default. I'm not really great at this stuff and I have racked my brain and strained my eyes for too long now trying to find the file to edit. If someone knows where to look please let me know.

I can live without it but it sure would be nice and I thank you in advance!!

I like it centered too. Here's how I did it

In templates/template/index_products.tpl.php on line 13 add align="center" like this

I also changed the cellpadding on line 9 from "0" to "10" to make it look more balanced when centered but see what you think. I'm also using a 790pix wide shop.
