Pay Pal Problem

i have a customer that has osmax and all she sells is books that are in Text format and wants customers to be able to download them As soon as They are payed for with paypal what the problem is that every time a customer pays it says preparring paypal IPN How can this be set so customers can download as soon as they have payed for it she does not want to have to go in and check it everyday is there a way this can be done that once payment with paypal is made that when they are sent back to the Web site it will let them download the file right then.

i still can not get this to work.. i have read and tryed everything in the docs everytime they pay ut says order processing i wnat them to be able to download it right away. Someone please help

Why is it that some questions dont get reponse when others posted days after mine get annswerd right away why have a form if no one Reponse to your questions i understand people are busy but iam sure one of you guys now how to fix this problem not mad just a small girl trying to play with he big boys just dont know that much about some things

What payment module are you using, paypal? you should be using paypal_ipn.

iam useing PayPal IPN v2.3.3

Every time a user pays useing paypal it will not let the user download the file till i change the status i have tried them all and no matter what i do it still will not allow dowload as soon as payment is made thank you so much for responding

So have it set the status to paid, or whatever status you have allowed instant downloads instead of preparring paypal IPN.

No matter what i change it to it still will not allow the user to download it as soon as payment is made. i have read thru the forms and did most every thing everyone as done but it will not allow download after payment is made

one more thing that may help after payment the user cannot download but when you go to account history and view the file instead of the download link it has this and we have it set to Download Now in the paypal order status

So How do i get this to Work The Customer really needs this to Work any Help on Exactly what needs to be done would be great i have read all the message on this form and tryed most of them but still can not get this to work

Enable download YES
Dowload by Redirest YES
Expriy Days 7
Max Dowloads 3
Downloads Controller Update Status Value 4
Downloads Controller Order Status Value 2

In Payments under paypal it says

Enable PayPal IPN Module True

Gateway Server Live Set it to Testing when doing Test to see if this works

Set Preparing Order Status - 3 payment processing

Set PayPal Acknowledged Order Status 11 Downloads now Available

Set PayPal Completed Order Status - 4 Deliverd
