problem accessing dhtml menu

Hi -

I'm using the dhtml menu -- https://www.1-800flags.com/catalog/

Take the following path in the categories menu --> By Country --> Countries S

The number of "S" countries is longer than the screen. I use the wheel on my mouse to navigate the choices under "S" countries. I have a friend who does not have a wheel in her mouse, so she can't navigate to the end of the "S" country list.

How can I make this menu navigable for people who do not have a mouse wheel?
