Trouble with checkout link

I have tried to duplicated my store in the following way;
*First I downloaded my "Catalog2" folder from my public-html folder-
*Then I downloaded a copy of MySQL database(flutter_OscMax) through phpMyadmin-
*I remaned my downloaded folder "Catalog1"
*Then in includeds,configure.php I replaced all instances of "Catalog2" and "flutter_OscMax" with "Catalog1" and "flutter_OscMax2".
*I then did the same in my admin.includes,configure.php
*Then I uploaded back to my public_html folder
*Then I created a new database named "flutter_OscMax2" and imported "flutter_OscMax" into this new one.

Everything is fine until i go to "Checkout" where it says "Internet explorer cannot display webpage"

I hope I have explained my problem well enough
Can anyone tell me what I have forgotten.......

I found the problem...

I simply had to change my setting for the following in the includes/configure.php;
define('ENABLE_SSL_CATALOG', 'true');

All is fine now....

Well, its never that easy is it?
I have discovered now that in the original instalation I had "free Shipping" with a purchase of $100 installed. Now I dont want "Free Shipping" in my 2nd catalog instalation. But, when I try to disable it in the admin remove "Free Shipping" nothing changes. It shows the changes in the admin but when I try a test checkout on my Catalog, it still applies free shipping.

Can anyone Help me.

Found the problem. My bad... I only had to change the "shipping" settings in the "order total" module....
