Yesterday I found out that I am sending out blank email when using the admin to send a gift voucher to someone.
I have 2 shops and both work great except one shop can send the email with all text and link for the redeeming and the other one is blank.
I thought I would solve this easily by copying the files over from the one shop to the other but alas it didn't help.
Anyone got an idea why the email has become blank? It has worked before but that is more than a year ago.
And no I don't send many gift vouchers out. This case was used for a Xmas competition.
