Added MVS 1.1 Contribution

I dont know how to upload the contribution here, but I made necessary changes to oscmax, it works.

I moved the MVS 1.1 contribution sucessfull over to oscmax, I dont know how to upload this.

Ok I finally got it working, I uploaded it, any bugs please post them here.

Fix Bug: If you get table_vendor_configuration can't find heres the fix:

in catalog/includes/database_tables.php

change MVS to read:

//MVS start
define('TABLE_VENDORS', 'vendors');
define('TABLE_VENDORS_INFO', 'vendors_info');
define('TABLE_VENDOR_CONFIGURATION', 'vendor_configuration');
define('TABLE_ORDERS_SHIPPING', 'orders_shipping');
define('TABLE_PACKAGING', 'packaging');
