| So a friend suggested that I use OSCMax and it looks "relatively" easy to set up for straight products. I've already figured out enough without the documentation (every time I go to the OSCDox site, I get an Internal Server Error) to do some basic skinning and get rid of unnecssary modules. I can probably even add straight products and categories. What I need to do is a little more complicated than that . . . Right now, I have a site that has a PHP/MySQL membership form with both Javascript and PHP validation and a ton of questions. After the person enters their information, it stores the information in a DB, sends an email to let us know they've signed up, and then kicks them over to PayPal where they pay for it. What I'm trying to do is: 1) Get rid of PayPal and switch over to an internal e-commerce setup on a secured server with OSCMax as the shopping cart and Authorize.net as the payment gateway. 2) Figure out a way to take the name and billing information and prepopulate it into the shopping cart. so all the user has to do is enter their credit card information, change the address, and hit submit. 3) Keep the form and current DB set up if possible. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Last edited by lonehorseend; 01-02-2008 at 10:12 PM. |
