oscMax custome template support?

I purchased a template for the store here and I can't find any support for it anywhere, you'd think that after spending $145.00 there would support somewhere, my problem is I try to enter test for Define main page but it doesn't show up anywhere, it works when I go change my template directory to the fall back, but with the new template I just purchased it doesn't show, I don't know what to do, does anyone have a clue on this any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks to all in advance for your time
