ultimate SEO upgrade

Hello,

Because of special characters, I tried to upgrade Ultimate SEO to 2.2. Before upgrading, I had regular html urls like this: categorie-p1.html

I made change to those files
includes/application_top.php
includes/functions/html_output.php
admin/categories.php
admin/includes/functions/general.php

And I overwrite :
includes/classes/seo.class.php

I reseted the seo urls cache, checked if I didn't make a mistake but my urls don't show the categorie despite "Add category parent to begining of URLs?" is on true.

Somebody had the same problem?
