Hello,
My first issue im having is:

I installed the module "Enable Free Shipping with Minimum Purchase"
Anyway, no issues with installation and the only issue is the

"Shipping Zone"
If a zone is selected, only enable this shipping method for that zone.

Anyway, how do I set the Zone for this module? It's a pulldown menu and it says "--none--" and I tried changing the shipping zones but still no luck.

My Second issue is:

On my contact Us page, The "Continue" button is there, but it does nothing at all. When you click it - Nothing. Any help would be appreciated with these issues.
