assistance needed PLEASE...

I am working on a design for the oscmax shopping cart and I am trying to place the main page text ( the text you can edit from the control panel IE: "Define Mainpage" link) back on the main page but Im not sure how? Also, I need to add the admin editable links back on the site as well and im wondering how to do this?

admin editable likes are:

Privacy Page
Conditions Page..ect..

Please help me out with this as soon as possible!
