 Re: categories flyout menu Hi - I thought the issue might be special characters. If I inserted a special character in a category I could make the menu disappear in the test site. I tried removing all special characters from the categories in the actual site and now I see the menu in IE 6 (incorrectly sized). I still don't see the menu at all in FF. I open to suggestions. | Re: categories flyout menu The problem looks to be in my main.tpl.php and css stylesheet. I copied these files over from the site that works and I can now see my menu! Now I just need to modify them line by line so they fit back into the style of the site and see if I can figure out which line is that breaks the menu. |

| Re: categories flyout menu I figured out the problem. It is in the doc type statement. This statement works --- <!doctype html public "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional"> This statement cause problems --- <!doctype html public "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd"> You can see the menu here -- Your International Flag Source - The Map Shop : All sizes of outdoor, indoor and miniature international flags My next question. Since the "By Country" is so long, is there a way to have it display say 15 rows and then have the fly out part scroll to display the rest of the items? I've seen this in other fly outs. Barb |
