ajax phone order system

This is a phone orders system that was designed for oscmax 1.7... I just imported it into 2.0 rc 301 (latest) but have not tested it yet.

1) I did not set this up as a project because I don't really want to manage this project... but someone here might be so kind as to create a project/module out of this tarball. (hint, hint!)

2) I have not tested this in 2.0. It worked well in 1.7, but it might break as it is in this install... post your problems here, and I will try to help fix the problems.

3) there are some rough edges... for instance, the admin-only shipping and payment modules are hard coded, product attributes probably do not work, and a number of things need to be abstracted to language files.

So... this really is a cool module that is good for phone orders and possibly point of sale, but it needs some work.
