CSS-fluid-1 right column floats over content

Using CSS-fluid-1 for my template..
My screens here are 1024x768 and I am not seeing this unless I physically make the window smaller to simulate 800x600.. when I do so the right column covers up the content on the right side of the middle content area.. I have poke and looked and played around till I;m about had it trying to figure this out.. I know it has somethig to do with the div tage and specifically:

div#boxes2Frame {
position: absolute;
right: 7px;
top: 208px;
width: 160px;
}

but for the life of me I can;t get this darn column to "lock to the right edge" snf not overwrite the middle content.. suggestions?? Am I destined to re-write the main_page.tpl.php file with strict table data tags?
