I have a problem with my osmax1.7.

I have set up the locations, zones, tax zone etc for Australia.

However, if I setup a payment model IE Paypal, Cheque or Direct Deposit and I use the payment zone, none show up for a customer in the zone.

Shipping at a flat rate now will not show either way.

What am I missing?
