Default Thank you for all your help, but I have one more issue

I can't get the web site to send emails from the contact us button. I confidured the email to use SMTP becuase when it was set to sendmail teh admin site wouln't sent email.

I haevbeen able to successfully send a purchase thru to PayPal, hoever the sale is not logged in the web sites database.

Are there any known issues to fix these?

Thanks alot!

Are you on Windows or Unix/Linux? Use Sendmail for Linux and SMTP for Windows. If Windows then make sure the server has a SMTP in use and works - Ask your host. Make sure you have a VAILD email entered in your ADMIN. You might have to use the domain name that your site is hosted as (to prevent people/hackers from installing SPAM bots and spoofing domains).

I am running on windows and it was an issue with hosting service, thank you.

Orders placed on the site are still not being recorded though. So I am unsure as to why
