VAT suddenly Missing from total - serious issue

Hi all,
We need help with our site www.beseenonabike.com/shopuk/
For some starnge reason the VAT is no longer being included in the total payment. This is very bad news for us because our payments are received via Secpay which means the payment is finalised without the VAT.
Nothing has been changed with regard to any payment, country, zone, vat, modules in ages. Everything was working fine until just two days ago.

Please suggest anything we could look into. We are at a loss as to why this is occuring and do not want to do anything to drastic in case we damage the shop altogether.

Check your SORT ORDER for VAT and SECPAY...

If it was working, and now 'suddenly' is not working, first look at your actions in the admin to see what you could have done to cause it to stop working. 90% of 'Suddenly' problems are caused by pilot error. Thank goodness nobody's life depends on us

The other 10% are caused by server configuration changes, but this is an osC specific function, so I am very sure it is not any serverwide change...
