Default "Click to Enlarge"

I am fairly new to oscMax. I have used "Loaded" for several years and was told the oscMax was more stable. . . so I give it a try. I downloaded v1.7 and everything seems to have gone smoothley. The one problem I am having is with the "Click to enlarge" on the product. With image required I get a red x. With image not required I get a whit box (no red x). Can't figure this one out . . . Any Help?
