I have just completed a fresh install to my new hosting account. I have created a database and assigned a user. I also changed permissions in the two configure.php files to 777. Upon running the install script the test connection to the database works fine but upon importing the test data I get an error: "SQL file does not exist: /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/install/ms2-max.sql" My doc root is "/usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/ebookrealm.com/httpdocs" and the ms2-max.sql file is at "/usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/ebookrealm.com/httpdocs/catalog/install/ms2-max.sql" Any ideas how to fix this? I searched the forums but couldn't find anything on this.

Hi Edward Dont know why its not working but you can you phpmyadmin to set up the database if you have it installed on your server. This may get you going but i would check your paths in both the configure.php files in the include folders for both the calalog and admin sections. Hope this helps John

Hi John Thanks for the thought, but my (path) problem is with the test data file ms2-max.sql. The test connection to my created database file is working.

Your Error:"SQL file does not exist: /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/install/ms2-max.sql" Where your file is: "/usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/ebookrealm.com/httpdocs/catalog/install/ms2-max.sql" Check your configure.php in the catalog folder and the admin folder and make sure that you file paths are correct... your stated error is looking in the wrong place... it is missing this part of the path "ebookrealm.com/httpdocs/catalog" you need to get the path fixed ... and remember that there is two configure files that you need to make sure are fixed.
