Default Let's see what we have here - graphics missing

I have a similar issue to the one posted on Feb 19, 2005. Still I could not find my solution in that discussion.

I am using osCMax and the osC template.

In the Category pages the image in the header is missing (Red X) and shows the "alt: Let's see what we have here". From the "view source" (see below) it looks like the image was not defined.
In what file should I make the correction, either include an image or remove it completely?

View source:
<table border="0" width="100%" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">

<td><table border="0" width="100%" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">

<td align="right"><img src="images/" border="0" alt="Let's See What We Have Here" title=" Let's See What We Have Here " width="64" height="64"></td>

Default RE: No images

It is not an error. When you create a category, specify the image you want to use. If you want to disable the images site wide, just turn off Image required in the admin under Configuration Images Images Required false
