Default The system cannot find the path specified

I get the following page on confirmation of checkout. I get the email with the order process but it gives this error.

This is running on a local server and I am using hosts files for dns while I finish it.

Code:

I can provide the phpinfo but it is pretty long and I don't know what part specifically to post.

Thanks.

Default

It seems like it only does that in Firefox. I tried the checkout completely in IE and it was fine.

I will do some more tweaking with the cache and sessions settings and see if that makes a difference.

edit --

It still works fine in IE but not in Firefox. I have no idea at this point.
