| I would appreciate it very much if anyone could give me instruction on how to backup my current database on OSC v1.7 and transfer it into a new installation of OSC v1.7. I did lot of work on my site and now I need to transfer my web hosting company and do a new installation in my webserver. Any help will be greatly appreciated. |

| Using phpmyadmin you can export the database structure and data to an SQL file or CSV file. Then, import that sql file or csv file to a new, empty database on your new server. Done.
