Authorize.net checkout error

I'm having a problem with the Authorize.net module in osCMax 1.7. If I turn the module on, and check out using the money order, or regular credit card payment option, the final page gets a blank screen, page not found. If I turn the Authorize.net module off, checkout works fine in both methods. If I try to check out with the authorize.net payment option using a real credit card number, I still get the blank screen.

I replaced almost all files I thought may be corrupted, but still no help. I installed on another server (a different store) and did most of the same modifications and it works fine with the Authorize.net module on.

Any ideas without reinstalling?

Did you check your error logs? Blank screen = php error. It will give you more info to check your error logs. Post the complete error messages here.

here's the log after trying to checkout with auth.net on, using the money order payment option. the order does go through, it just doesn't give the success screen.

You are getting a 500 error which can mean just about anything...

The above log is not the error log. It just looks like an access log, but it does not show any errors. Find the error log to see what the errors are.

where is the error log? I cannot figure this thing out, I've reinstalled and the problem happens without any modifications. do you think it could be a server issue?

I don't know where the error logs are on IIS. Why do you want to use IIS anyway? If you are using IIS you should already know where the error logs are. Check with your host otherwise...

Seems like overkill for an osC shop, not to mention a huge headache. It was really written to be used on a LAMP platform (LinuxApacheMysqlPHP) and works best in that environment. That does not mean it will not run on IIS, just a major PITA.
