My Account page blank / Loading index.php

Hello All!

After a sucessful installation I have two questions:

1) I cant see a page when a click "My Account" (just displayes a "page can not be displayed" page)

2) I can't see the index page when I type just my www.domain.com, I have to add /catalog. If I change my home directory to www.domain.com/catalog I can only see the text and not the images, and access to all other pages is not working correctly. How do I get the index page to load when I type just my domain name?

Any advice on question 1 much appriciated. I can see that I have https in the URL. Can this be the problem?

Do you have a SSL Cert installed?
