Fattal Error

Hi All,

I have been trying to get my web up and running for a week but I end up with a message such as :

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'config.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /homepages/0/d106595577/htdocs/mainfile.php on line 47

I have no clue what it means.

any help please if you can.
