| Thanks Kim, the only problem is that my admin section only contains german and english. I had previously msmax 1.5 and it did have those 3 languages; but this new version (1.7) doesn't. |

| sorry knullhund I should learn to read properly. (' In your file manager, do you have a spanish folder under catalogue/admin/includes/languages? ( I am sorry I only have 1.5.5). If not, make a spanish folder, and copy across all the files from catalog/admin/includes/languages/english to your new spanish folder. I think you also will then need to change the defines in the admin boxes.php file to include spanish. (I havent checked to see if it is already there and I am not a coder, I just hack what I can). I will have time to take a proper look tomorrow when the olds go back home after Christmas, but that should put you in the right direction. Cheers Kim

| Thanks Kim, for some reason they turned off spanish on the 1.7 version. I'll try, for now, to follow your advice. Thanks. Knull |

| Kim, I figure it out. What one needs to do is just to create a language directory in the admin. You have to be carefull to fill out the spelling right eg ;name: Espanol; Code:es; and most importantly Directory:espanol. Notice 'espanol' has to be in lower case, and even the flag comes up automatically. Of course I tell you this info so that when other people need to change a language or take out one. Regards, Knull |
