Shipping not being included/added to order in a MS/2 Install Good day unto all,
I have a small store set up and my loading and modifying of MS2-Max went reasonably smoothly. I have discovered a problem though which I am sure is idiot error on my part. When a person makes an order, I have set it up for a flat rate 6.00 fee. This is not being included into the order. I have no idea as to why. Has anyone else encountered this and what is the workaround? Thanks!
RE: Shipping not being included/added to order in a MS/2 Ins Make sure all your products have a non zero weight, like 1 or some other number. Zero weights will skip all shipping modules, as thsi is reserved for downloads and gift vouchers.
