ups weight error?

 ups weight error? for some reason the weight of each product is about doubled when i look at the shipping checkout screen. for instance a 2lb product shows as 5 when shipping. is this a ups problem(i doubt it), or am i just mentally handicapped? thanks     |

| RE: ups weight error? Hi, I am having similar problems at http://www.craftsmansgallery.co.za/oscommerce. Please could you help - I have tried setting all the weights to gramms for South African Post Office shipping, but it is adding everything incorrectly. Thanks Sean |
