Default Admin Login Problem - my customer can't login, I can

Hi

I just set up a site for a customer and everything seemed to go fine. He can't login to the admin section. The network login page keeps coming up, and finally he gets an authorization required error.

I'm sure about the network login, and password, since I can login to the admin section without a problem.

What could the problem be? Cookies, firewall?

Please help!!!!

Default

I read it as the customer is not getting past the network log in to the admin log in?...

Could be as simple as customer is typing info in capitals or not capitals...case sensitive logins will stop the customer from going forward...

If your login name appears for you and you only have to type in password, then cookies might be the customers problem. If you have to type in both, I would think not...

Default got it!

Thanks Makemethis for your response. It was indeed a cookie problem, since I could sign in easily, and he couldn't. Got his IE configured to be able to accept cookies from that particular site, and it worked like a charm

Thanks!!!
