Errors on Customers Screen in Admin after Install

Finished installing OscMax 1.7 successfully. Was going through the menu items in admin to set everything up. When I clicked on "Customers" in the menu, a few errors are displayed and the one default user still shows up below the error messages. I've tried some searching but can't find any reference to these errors. What could be causing these?

I think I've got this one solved. I found a reference to the last two warnings. I removed the test user through phpmyadmin (customers and address) and all the warnings are now gone.

Yeaaa!. Moving on....
