want to downlaod products

who can help, i want to sell documents over the shop and the buyer should be able to download the products after purchase. i have seen the download manager, i setup all correct but i do not know how the buyer can download the product.

One thing I learned the hard way when first doing this is that you must have attributes set up for the product. Check to make sure you've done that. The download link won't appear without product attributes.

The system works like this - once you have the download option set up. When payment is made (say by paypal) the confirmation page back on your site will have a link to the download active for the number of day you specify and the customers account will also show this.

I found the download link wasn't obvious and modified the checkout_success page a bit...
