new max1.7 error

I've just installed the 1.7 version. with no changes yet

i get this messege at the bottom of the page

Error!

Unable to determine the page link!

and the picture file could not load

also which main file is controlling the template? i c a few folders in the template folder but there's no main php file as mentioned in the install note there. how do i get to change the cart look??

i've just installed the 1.7 version as well, and i have the same problem.
Unable to determine the page link can be fixed by changing "Use search-engine safe urls for all site links" to false under configuration. i found this fix from another post.

i'm still stuck with the picture loading problem. I've went through lots of posts, but i couldn't fix it. I've followed the dynamic MoPics FAQ/guides. No lucks either.

Anyone else out there found the fix?

This is easy to fix. In the admin in the configuration, turn of Search Engine Safe URLs. Problem solved.

the default template is aabox in the templates directory. edit the main_page.tpl.php file in the /templates/aabox directory...

another thing now is that when ever is confirm the order, it gives me an error messenge saying there a smtp error

seems like i don have a mail server running problem. how do u fix this?
