OscMax 1.7 and org. osc2.2 m2 templates

I need to convert the RMA module to fit up with the AAbox template, can anyone shed some light on how to create the /catalog/filename.php and its brother the "/templates/aabox/content/filename.tpl.php from the original OSC2.2 filename.php please, I have been searching high and low and even in the readme files there is no support in this area, Once I understand it I will publish a guide for it if need be.

I got the header and footer file to work, but when I insert the index html, im hoping its the body tag because thats what i used. the page looks correct but the contact us page, shipping, and other page doesnt show up when clicked on. anyone know what im doing wrong?
