Reset Counters

Hello Everyone.

Is there anyone out there that could please explain to me how to reset the counter, products viewed, products purchased and any other counter using the phpmyadmin through my cpanel. And could someone explain to me what drop means in the phpadmin screen.

I know I can empty the counter by just clicking empty, but when I tried to do that with products viewed I lost all my product info, then I tried to drop products_previewed and boy what a mess, any help would be great.

drop mean delete your column. don't try or pay big time!
